      (the following are non-board positions)

    • Volunteer Coordinator– responsible for putting out Call for Volunteer emails and notices in the weekly newsletter; creating online signup pages and connecting volunteers to event chairs.
    • Coordinator for Incoming 6th Graders’ Ice Cream Social(May or June event) – Welcome incoming 6th grade students and families onto the Hamilton campus to meet other incoming families, all while enjoying ice cream sundaes. The organizer for this event would work with last year's organizer to follow a well-laid-out plan from years past, and help coordinate a team of volunteers to set up, serve, and clean up.  Responsible for getting ice cream, toppings, and necessary bowls & utensils.
