Lisa SmithPresident - Lisa Rivera Smith

This is Lisa's second year as President of the Hamilton PTSA. She lives in the University District with her husband, 9th-grade Hamilton-alum daughter, 6th-grade son and newborn son. Lisa has a degree in Journalism and previously worked at The Seattle Times and several papers in California before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She previously served on the Hamilton board as VP of Communications and Member at Large.

Claire Burnett

Secretary - Claire Burnett

Claire and her husband have lived in Wallingford for 20 years. They have two daughters; the oldest is a 7th grader at Hamilton. Her youngest is in second grade Spanish. Before starting a family, Claire was an elementary teacher for 13 years and served on her girls Coop Preschool Board. This will be Claire's second year on the Hamilton PTSA board.

Chappell BarberCo-Treasurer - Chappell Barber

Chappell lives with her husband and two children in Wallingford, where she continues to be active in the kids' elementary school, John Stanford International. She was treasurer of the PTSA there for two years, and she and her husband were treasurers of the co-op preschool their kids attended in San Francisco. Outside of parenting, Chappell is trained as a landscape architect and enjoys gardening, cooking, and art.

AnuVice President, Communications - Anu Jain

Anu and her son Raahil come to Hamilton from Cascadia. An electrical engineer, Anu previously worked at Boeing where one of her assignments was writing for their 777 Systems Description Document. Anu has also been a teacher and tutor in many different capacities, specializing in Math and Advanced Reading/Writing/Math skills for 4 to 8 year olds. She is looking to get back into tutoring/teaching. For fun, Anu loves to dance and has taught Bollywood!

:Lucie CampbellVice President, Fundraising - Lucie Campbell

Lucie recently joined Hamilton PTSA Board as VP of Fundraising. She has a 7th grader at HIMS and a 5th grader at John Stanford International. Having worked on several fundraising campaigns over the years, Lucie is ready to motivate parents to give their best gift in support of Hamilton students! Lucie is a Demon Deacon and Husky MBA, and worked in product management and online merchandising, before abandoning a long commute for Wallingford living. She loves to travel, garden and spreadsheets!
