Volunteers Needed - Ice Cream Social for the Incoming 6th Graders

We're looking for volunteers to help with the Spring Ice Cream Social for the Incoming 6th graders.

This is a casual event where new Hamilton families and students can meet the principal, chat with other parents and students, and hear more about the PTSA at Hamilton. Volunteers will help set-up, welcome guests, monitor the dessert table and help clean up after. It'd be ideal is if we could get 4-5 volunteers who could be there for there for the whole event, but any help is great!

This event will be taking place in the Hamilton Commons on Monday, June 4th from 6:30-8, though volunteers will be asked to show up earlier to help set up.  Thanks!
