Yearbooks Go On Sale June 1st
    Posted on 05/29/2020

We have some extra books to sell and will open a Schoolpay purchase option on June 1 (link here). The charge for these books is $35 and they are first come, first serve.

If you have not used Schoolpay before, please check out the “Schoolpay” option listed on left menu on the Source when you are looking at your “My Student” page.  If you cannot access the Source or Schoolpay and you need to pay by cash or check, please email or contact our office at 206-252-5812.

Please note: HIMS wants to ensure that all students who want a yearbook receive one.  If the cost of a yearbook would prevent you from purchasing one, please contact your student’s counselor, or call our office at 206-252-5812, or email our Fiscal Specialist

--I’m not sure whether I already ordered a yearbook for my student.

Please log in to your Schoolpay account, click the “History” menu item, and then select “Items Purchased.” The system defaults to only searching items for the last month, so you will want to change the search start date to 08/15/2019 to encompass the whole year. You’ll then see a record of everything you have purchased using this Schoolpay account during that time. If you have difficulty using this utility, or if you may have paid for your student’s book using  cash or check, please contact Fiscal Specialist Lisa Melenyzer for another way to confirm:

    --When will yearbooks be distributed?

The Publisher has rescheduled our delivery date due to COVID closure, we are now expecting delivery of books to the school on or about July 17. We understand that some schools are deferring distribution until the fall, but our goal is to distribute the books in July if possible. Look for more news on this in July, as our option for distributing books may vary depending on what Phase of reopening King County is in at the time.
