Hello Incoming Hawks!
My name is Hanine Castro, and I will be the 6th Grade Counselor for the 2026-27 school year. I hope you had a happy last day of 5th Grade!
I am looking forward to getting to know your student and family am excited to be working with this class throughout their Middle School years. Coming into Middle School is an exciting time, and we want to make sure they feel prepared and comfortable.
Please join us for 6th Grade Orientation on Tuesday: September 1st.
Time: Arrive between 8:45-9 a.m. for nametags, Prompt start in the GYM at 9 a.m.
Dismissal at 11 a.m.
Location: HIMS GYM, NE Side of Building (Densmore Ave N).
Student Only, RSVP not required.
This will be an opportunity for students to see the building, meet staff, and get to know each other before the first day of school.
